  1. Do you do private label/custom scents?
    No. Unfortunately, due to the cost needed to manufacture custom scents, we cannot afford to make custom scents for individual products. However, because everyone loves candles as favors for parties, showers & corporate events, we can create a custom scent for your order.

  2. Do you offer bulk discounts for my wedding/event/corporate gift?
    Yes, if you would like to order a minimum of 24 pieces of one style/scent. Please contact us for information on bulk orders. Please send an email to with the following required details: candle size (4 oz gold tins, 6 oz gold tins or 8oz glass jars, estimated number of items in question & desired delivery date.

  4. Why soy wax? What wicks do you use?
    Soy wax is the sustainable option, it is biodegradable & is made with American-grown soy beans. Additionally, it burns cleaner & longer compared to paraffin wax (a by-product of petroleum). Because it is natural, it burns cleaner & longer, releases fragrance exceptionally well & if burned properly, soy candles are virtually smoke & soot-free. Our wicks are self-trimming to avoid mushrooming & are zinc/lead-free.

  5. How do I clean & reuse my candle container when it's finished?
    We're obsessed with repurposing candle containers once the wax is gone. Just clean it & send it to us, we'll show you a token of our appreciation for helping make a difference on the environment. For more information on this please see our Re+Candle page.

  6. What if my candle arrives broken?
    No problem, we're really sorry about this. But we will replace your candle free of cost so long as a photo is emailed to our support team.

  7. Do you ship internationally?
    No. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping though we are working hard to make this possible.

  8. How long will it take for my candles to arrive?
    Currently, due to COVID-19, USPS is taking on an enormous amount of traffic & this is causing some delays we cannot control. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery, if you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us at

  9. Do you offer samples?
    Yes, just let us know in the special comment section or email us at so we may contact you & send the according scents.

  10. I need my candles tomorrow. Can you overnight them?
    Please make a note if you absolutely need us to ship the next business day and we’ll do our best to rush your order. We will reach out to you to discuss expedited shipping charges, but note that due to COVID-19 no overnight shipments are guaranteed even if expenses are paid.
