Most orders ship within 1-4 business days & will only go out Monday-Thursday to avoid melting of our products. Some orders may require up to 5-7 business days to ship due to curing time. You should receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order leaves our studio. If you do not receive your shipping confirmation within 1 week of order placement, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

We send most international packages via USPS. You can see the total landed cost at checkout.
International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs. Unfortunately, we at Aethereal Shop have no control over these circumstances.
REFUNDS + EXCHANGES
At Aethereal, we're obsessed with attention to detail so all of our products are carefully inspected prior to shipment. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded unless there is proof that your there is an issue lighting your candle. Our happy customers are our #1 priority.
You may also exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.
In the event the package is damaged during shipping you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Aethereal Shop within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us at email@example.com for further details.
